PHASE I: Strategy
In a world full of opportunities, the battle is won with an effective strategy process. The goal of this phase is to help you define your ideas and ensure we accurately understand your needs. We believe this is an absolutely critical step in establishing your objectives before we begin to develop a solution. Having no strategy is like flying a plane without instruments.
Step 2: Screen Diagrams | We generate a working document to outline the function and features, screen by screen, and agree on a final mock-up. By the end of this step, we should both know where we’re headed.
Step 3: Edit Requirements | We want to have a clear idea of your business requirements, as well as your timeline and budget. Setting requirements that we both agree upon is essential.
Step 4: Deliver Strategy | The deliverable will include budget, information architecture, wireframes, technical specifications and timeline. By this stage you should be armed with a clear picture in your mind and blueprints in your hands. You should know exactly what to epxect in the final product!
After we complete these critical steps, we’ll deliver information architecture, user interface design notes, content outline, workflows and wireframes on all web applications. We’ll also deliver the final budget and timeline. At this point, we’ll have the blueprints and the construction underway.
